The LPS-RSM-500 Refractory Spraying Machine is designed to provide reliable and efficient refractory material spraying performance across demanding industrial environments.

Manufactured using durable industrial-grade components, the machine delivers stable material flow, dependable spraying performance and long operational service life under challenging working conditions. Its advanced rotor system, high-hardness steel wear plates and specially formulated rubber sealing plates are designed to help minimise dust leakage while supporting operational efficiency and reduced maintenance costs.

The machine provides a theoretical spraying capacity of 2–4 m³/h together with 50 m vertical and 100 m horizontal conveying capability, supporting efficient material transfer across large industrial working areas. The system is suitable for refractory materials and lightweight concrete applications with aggregate sizes up to 10–12 mm.

A manual lubrication system helps reduce wear on steel and rubber wear components, supporting extended service life and improved operational continuity. Replaceable wear components simplify maintenance procedures and do not require recalibration or specialist adjustment following replacement.

The machine also incorporates multiple electrical safety protection systems including incorrect phase sequence protection, low and high voltage protection, overcurrent protection, leakage current protection and thermal protection systems.

Its integrated drive system allows rotor speed adjustment, enabling operators to control spraying output according to operational requirements.
