ABOUT UK SHOTCRETE SYSTEMS

Built Around Real Site Requirements

UK Shotcrete Systems is a specialist supplier of shotcrete equipment, wear parts and consumables — supporting contractors across tunnelling, mining, refractory and ground engineering projects in the UK and Ireland.

WHAT WE DO

Equipment, Parts and Technical Support

We supply shotcrete equipment, from portable wet and dry-mix systems to higher-output machines, alongside a comprehensive range of wear parts, spares and consumables.

Our range includes genuine OEM equipment and parts from authorised manufacturer partnerships, with quality aftermarket parts compatible with major brands — Normet, Meyco, Putzmeister, Aliva and SikaPM — coming to our range. The goal: a single, reliable UK source for everything contractors need to keep machines running.

Beyond supply, we provide operator training and practical guidance on setup, operation and maintenance, helping teams achieve consistent equipment performance throughout the project lifecycle.

OUR OFFER

Three Things We Do Well

Shotcrete Equipment

Wet and dry mix shotcrete machines, from portable units to higher-output systems, selected to suit site conditions and project requirements.

Wear parts & Consumables

High-demand wear parts, hoses and consumables, with selected items held in UK stock for fast and reliable supply.

Technical Support & Training

Practical support on equipment selection, operation and maintenance, helping reduce downtime and maintain consistent performance on site.

Why UK Shotcrete Systems

A more responsive approach

For many UK and Irish contractors, sourcing shotcrete equipment and parts has meant high cost, limited availability and long lead times — with replacement parts often taking weeks to arrive from overseas.

We offer a more responsive and practical approach. Fast-moving wear items and consumables are held in UK stock for next-day or short-lead dispatch. Larger equipment and less common parts are supplied on standard lead times direct from the manufacturer. The result is a hybrid model that combines availability with cost discipline.

Our aim is straightforward: to provide reliable equipment, dependable parts availability, and the technical knowledge required to keep projects moving.

Our Backgrounds

Two Decades of Construction Experience Behind Every Order

UK Shotcrete Systems is built on more than two decades of civil engineering and construction project delivery experience.

This background provides a practical understanding of how shotcrete systems perform on site, where operational issues arise, and what is required to maintain continuity of works.

We do more than supply equipment — we understand how it operates in real project conditions and what teams need to keep work progressing efficiently.

The person behind UK Shotcrete Systems

Hasan Ince

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Hasan Ince founded UK Shotcrete Systems to bring a more practical and reliable approach to shotcrete equipment supply and support in the UK and Ireland. With a civil engineering background and over two decades of experience in construction and project delivery, he has worked across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure works — and has seen first-hand the cost of equipment downtime, late-arriving parts and inadequate technical backup.

He is directly involved in all aspects of the business, from equipment and parts supply to technical support and client engagement. His hands-on approach ensures that contractors and project teams receive clear guidance, dependable service, and consistent follow-through.

Manufacturers we work with

A curated range, not a parts catalogue

We’re focused on building a specialist range — equipment we trust, from manufacturers we can stand behind — rather than offering everything to everyone.

Our current range includes equipment from Lasparsan, where we hold authorised UK distributor status. Additional manufacturer partnerships are in development as we extend the range across shotcrete, tunnelling and ground engineering equipment.

Are you a manufacturer of specialist construction equipment looking for UK and Ireland distribution? We'd be glad to talk — get in touch.
