LPS-EMK-20 Screw-Type Grouting & Injection Pump
LPS-EMK-20
High-pressure screw-type grouting and injection pump designed for tunnelling, ground stabilisation, anchoring and infrastructure injection applications.
LPS-EMK-20 Screw-Type Grouting & Injection Pump
The LPS-EMK-20 Screw-Type Grouting & Injection Pump is designed to provide reliable high-pressure grout pumping performance across tunnelling, anchoring, ground stabilisation and infrastructure works.
Manufactured using durable industrial-grade components, the machine utilises a P8 rotor/stator pumping system capable of handling high-viscosity construction materials including cement grout, plaster mixtures, lime-based materials, clay and similar materials containing aggregate sizes up to 0–2 mm.
The system is widely used for ground strengthening, rock bolt and anchorage filling, tunnel grouting, void filling, crack injection and material transfer operations. Its high-pressure pumping capability allows grout materials to penetrate deeply into anchorage holes, fractures and reinforcement zones during stabilisation processes.
Improved rotor and stator geometry, together with high-quality steel rotor and rubber stator components, support stable pumping performance while helping reduce electricity consumption and spare parts wear during long-term operation.
The integrated mixing system is powered by a 3 kW mixer motor, helping maintain homogeneous material consistency while reducing settlement and material separation during pumping operations.
The waterproof electrical control cabinet supports improved operator safety and incorporates multiple protection systems including phase sequence protection, over/under-voltage protection, overcurrent protection and thermal protection.
All electrical system components including cables, breakers, relays and control equipment utilise SIEMENS® electrical components. Its practical and service-friendly machine structure simplifies maintenance procedures and helps minimise operational downtime on site.
Suitable for tunnelling, mining, infrastructure and construction environments, the system is designed for dependable day-to-day grout pumping and injection operations under demanding working conditions.
