LPS-EMK-80 Twin-Tank Grouting & Injection System
LPS-EMK-80
Twin-tank grouting and injection system designed for continuous grout preparation, pumping and ground stabilisation applications.
The LPS-EMK-80 Twin-Tank Screw-Type Grouting Pump is designed to provide reliable grout pumping and injection performance across ground stabilisation, anchoring, tunnelling and infrastructure applications.
Manufactured with durable high-quality components, the machine features a twin-tank configuration that supports continuous material preparation and pumping. Material can be mixed in the upper tank and transferred to the lower holding tank, allowing pumping operations to continue while the next batch is prepared.
The machine is suitable for cement grout, gypsum-based materials, ready-mix plaster, screed materials, bolt grout and other fluid or semi-fluid construction materials containing aggregate sizes up to 0–2 mm. Its P8 rotor/stator pump system provides controlled pumping performance for horizontal and vertical material transfer, injection and grouting works.
The LPS-EMK-80 is suitable for applications including rock bolt filling, anchorage grouting, ground filling, crack filling, dam and hydroelectric tunnel works, and general construction material pumping. Adaptor connections allow different nozzle or hose end arrangements to be used according to project requirements.
Its simple and service-friendly design allows rotor replacement and routine maintenance to be carried out quickly, without specialist adjustment or recalibration after replacement. All material-contact surfaces are washable after use and designed to resist corrosion.
The machine incorporates a water and dust-resistant electrical control panel with electrical protection systems including phase sequence protection, leakage current protection, over/under-voltage protection, overcurrent protection and thermal protection. Electrical components including cables, buttons, relays, contactors and switches are supplied using SIEMENS® products.
Its compact structure supports easier transportation and use in restricted working environments, including enclosed spaces, low-headroom areas and narrow tunnel works.
