LPS-EMK-100 Hydraulic Twin-Tank Piston Grouting System
LPS-EMK-100
Twin-tank piston-type cement injection machine designed for high-pressure grout pumping and continuous ground stabilisation applications.
The LPS-EMK-100 Twin-Tank Piston-Type Cement Injection Machine is designed to provide reliable high-pressure grout pumping and continuous injection performance across demanding tunnelling, ground stabilisation and infrastructure applications.
Manufactured with durable high-quality components, the machine utilises a hydraulically driven piston pumping system together with a twin-tank configuration that allows simultaneous mixing and holding operations for continuous pumping performance on site.
The system is suitable for cement grout injection, ground strengthening, anchorage filling, underground reinforced concrete construction works and similar high-pressure grouting applications. It can also pump various construction materials and chemical mixtures with similar viscosity characteristics.
Its high-capacity hydraulic oil system together with water-cooled hydraulic oil circulation allows stable operation in high-temperature, poorly ventilated or demanding environmental conditions without performance loss.
Depending on project requirements, piston thrust force configurations between 6 and 20 tons can be produced. Titanium and chrome-coated cylinder liner options are available for applications involving abrasive or corrosive materials.
The machine combines high pumping flow rate with low hydraulic pressure and low piston frequency to support stable pumping performance and extended equipment service life. The maintenance-friendly valve system helps reduce service requirements while supporting improved operator safety during operation.
All electrical system components are supplied using SIEMENS® electrical equipment, while all hydraulic components are manufactured using REXROTH® hydraulic systems.
The machine supports injection pressures up to 100 bar and can be configured for 80, 120 or 200 bar applications according to project requirements. Nozzle sizes between 1.8″ and 2.2″ can be used depending on application conditions.
Its practical operating structure, easy cleaning capability and service-friendly design support efficient day-to-day operation on construction and infrastructure projects.
