LPS-EMK-60 Twin-Tank Grouting & Injection System

LPS-EMK-6O

Twin-tank grouting and injection system designed for continuous grout preparation, pumping and ground stabilisation applications across tunnelling and infrastructure projects.

The LPS-EMK-60 Twin-Tank Screw-Type Grouting Pump is designed to provide continuous high-pressure grout pumping and injection performance across tunnelling, anchoring, ground stabilisation and infrastructure applications.

Manufactured with durable high-quality components, the machine utilises a twin-tank operating system together with a 2L6 rotor/stator pump configuration to support uninterrupted mixing and pumping operations on demanding construction sites.

The system is suitable for pumping cement grout, plaster mixtures, lime-based materials, clay and other high-viscosity construction materials containing aggregate sizes up to 0–4 mm. Its continuous mixing and pumping configuration allows the operator to prepare material in the upper tank while injection and pumping operations continue from the lower tank, helping improve operational continuity and site productivity.

The machine is successfully used for ground strengthening, rock bolt and anchorage filling, void filling, tunnel grouting operations, material transfer applications and infrastructure injection works. Its high-pressure pumping capability allows grout materials to penetrate deeply into anchorage holes, fractures and reinforcement zones during stabilisation applications.

Improved rotor and stator geometry together with high-quality steel rotor and rubber stator components support stable pumping performance while helping reduce operational and spare parts costs over long-term use.

The integrated mixer system helps maintain homogeneous material consistency and prevents settlement or material separation during operation. The waterproof electrical control cabinet supports improved operator safety and incorporates multiple electrical protection systems including phase sequence protection, over/under-voltage protection, overcurrent protection and thermal protection systems.

All electrical system components including cables, breakers, relays and control components are manufactured using SIEMENS® electrical equipment. The practical and service-friendly machine structure simplifies maintenance procedures and helps reduce operational downtime on site.

Suitable for tunnelling, mining, infrastructure and construction applications, the system is designed for dependable day-to-day use in continuous grouting, pumping and ground stabilisation operations.
